Shipping within Greece
For shipping within Greece, we will send you the merchandise by courier service (Geniki Metaforiki).
Note: if you would like us to ship the merchandise to a different address than the one you have provided in your customer profile, you will have the opportunity to specify the other address on the online form during the ordering process.
Orders are shipped within a maximum of fifteen (15) calendar days. You will receive an email as soon as your order is shipped. The email will also include a tracking number for the courier service.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (except holidays). Any orders placed after 5:00pm on Fridays will be processed (approved, prepared and shipped) on Monday.
Deliveries take place on weekdays between 10:00am and 1:00pm.
Shipping within Attica
Delivery takes place within one (1) working day from the date the order was placed online.
Shipping outside Attica
Delivery takes place within two to three (2-3) working days from the date the order was placed online.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free of charge for purchases over forty euros (40,00€). For purchases under forty euros (40,00€), the customer is charged four euros (4,00€) for shipping.
The Cash On Deliver Service costs 2,00€.
Please note that in some remote areas it is impossible to ship by courier. In those cases, shipping will be done by regular postal mail.
International Shipping
For international orders, the shipping charge depends on the volume and weight of the item ordered and is calculated at the time of the order.
Delayed delivery
If there is any delay in fulfilling your order, we will contact you by email and/or phone to inform you of the reason behind the delay and the expected shipping date. In such a case and should you deem the delay unacceptable, you may change the item(s) in your order or cancel the order and receive a refund.
