Chalvatzoglou Pen. & Co acknowledges the importance of the security regarding Personal Data Protection, as well as electronic transactions and has taken all necessary precautions with the use of the latest methods in order to ensure the maximum possible security. All information related to your personal data are safe and confidential.

Users’ data (name, occupation, email address, postal address etc.) and data regarding users’ transactions via the electronic store are considered confidential, as per the principles applicable to physical transactions.

Upon providing their data during their transactions, users consent to and accept the forthcoming use of their personal data, for the purpose of the smooth and successful execution of the transactions between the parties, and the communication of data to specific parties who are company employees and associates involved in the transaction process.

Personal data submitted to the electronic store trademarked Pen-ky Lingerie will be used exclusively by this electronic store and related companies in order to support, promote and realize the transaction relations.

Chalvatzoglou Pen. & Co retains all documents and electronic data exchanged between the parties for the purposes of sale. The customer may have access to these data upon request.
