At Pen-ky, we are active supporters of online commerce and we strive to provide our customers with an enjoyable shopping experience. We seek to inform you as thoroughly as possible on our merchandise through the use of detailed product descriptions, so that you may be certain of the choices you make during your purchase.
In order to further enhance your shopping experience and to promote the benefits of online shopping for our everyday purchases and according to the Greek law No. 2251/1994 for the consumer protection, we also offer you the option of returning any products without giving any reason
Returns, refunds and exchanges
1. The request for a return must be communicated to us within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date you receive the merchandise.
2. The items must be in their original, unused condition, with their tags on.
How to return an item
In order to return one or more items, you must first send us an email at info@pen-ky.com or a fax at +30 210 2637789, indicating the reason why you would like to return the merchandise.
1. You must package the original box, containing the merchandise to be returned, in a bigger box in order to protect it during shipping.
2. You must include in the package a document stating the way in which you would like to settle your return (refund, exchange, etc), should the item be deemed in proper condition for return.
3. It is your responsibility that the items to be returned get to us. We therefore recommend that you use a private courier service or the post office's tracking-number service. Pen-ky is not responsible for returned merchandise that gets lost during shipping. The customer always bears the responsibility of shipping the returned merchandise to our address, as we will not try to locate the package through any courier of post office service.
Note: All shipping costs are incurred by the customer. Only in the event of a defective item will Pen-ky incur the shipping costs, but only within Greece.
