At Pen-Ky Lingerie  you can pay with any of the below methods:

1) Payment upon delivery, where you pay for your order upon delivery in cash. This only applies to order deliveries within Greece and up to €300. This service has extra charge 2,00€ and it is not available for items listed as “Upon Oder”.

Should you wish to pay via bank transfer, please complete your full name under which the order has been made or your order number (you can find it in the order confirmation sent by us after your order is completed and confirmed) in the bank deposit information field.

Customers who choose to pay via bank transfer, should make the deposit of the full amount within three (3) days, otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled.

When you choose to make a deposit, you should send us the copy of the bank transfer at info@pen-ky.com

3) With credit/debit card.

Pen-Ky Lingerie accepts all VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Diners credit cards. All payments made with card are processed through the electronic payment platform of Viva Wallet with TLS 1.2 encryption and 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL) encryption protocol. Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it by using the appropriate key.
